Interview comprised of a couple of stages, first a quick call with HR, then video interview, thirdly an in-person case study and finally, an interview with the regional marketing manager.
Ended up being unsuccessful for the first role I applied for at the final regional round, despite really clicking with the local marketing team. HR then reached out to me a couple of weeks later with another role they thought I would be suited for and I interviewed again.
Following that 2nd interview I followed up and never received feedback let alone an outcome. It was a highly unprofessional not to mention disappointing experience for any candidate. If they are going go to the effort to reach out to previous candidates then they should at least close the loop.

Fue muy buena entrevista, es una entrevista que tienes que hacer todo para superarte ante los demás, me gustó salir de mi zona de comfort, y seguir esforzándome para más adelante poder ser parte de esta compañía que me encanto
1- initial call from HR to go through CV and basic info
2 - meeting with Line Manager and HR to go through generic questions and competency based questions
4- presentation on business case/data provided. The meeting will include additional stakeholders to your line manager and HR contacts.
It is very lengthy and very slow process

2 rounds of interviews. Standard competency questions but the interviewer didn’t give much enthusiasm or feedback when giving answers or throughout, very much seemed like asking a question and then onto the next question, so was difficult to gauge how it was going - so got quite a bad vibe throughout it
