There were three rounds of interviews. The first with a recruiter, second with a team lead, and third round was 3 separate 30 minute calls with three random higher ups who basically had nothing to do the role and came completely unprepared for the interview. I basically led all three conversations and asked them significantly more questions than they knew to ask me.
