      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fetch in Aug 2024

      Interview

I recently experienced a disappointing interview process with Fetch where, despite multiple rounds of interviews and a coding assessment, I was ultimately rejected due to a lack of mobile experience. This was particularly frustrating as I had explicitly stated my limited mobile experience early in the process. This situation felt like a significant waste of time for both parties. Furthermore, I observed some unprofessional conduct from interviewers who were disrespectful to their colleagues during panel interviews. This behavior raised serious concerns about the company culture and whether I would have accepted an offer even if it had been extended. This experience highlighted the importance of clear communication and thorough candidate screening early in the hiring process to ensure a more efficient and respectful experience for everyone involved.
