I went through a recruiter who set me up with my initial interview via phone. The first woman I spoke to answered all my questions and then some. I had my face to face interview with 4 people from all different levels of the company a few days later. Everyone was able to answer my additional questions and give me a good sense of what day to day life was life for a sales rep at Fiberlink, no suits and ties was a plus. Benefits starting on day one was also a huge plus for me. I happily accepted my offer a few days later.
