I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fictiv (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Phone call, onsite, pancake breakfast. They asked me questions and were very nice. Sarah is so sweet and welcoming. The rest of the team that I met was upbeat and excited. It was an easy yes when the offer came!
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fictiv in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied online and heard back from the recruiter. He couldn't have been more friendly. Then had a call with the hiring manager, then an onsite interview. Everyone was super friendly but the recruiter was the real rockstar who had great communication through the entire sales process including during my onsite interview.
A great company in a really exciting space. There are only a few things I am a bit frustrated at:
-The hiring manager who I had a great call was wasn't at my onsite interview and I didn't get to talk to anyone currently in the role I was applying for
-Not one person replied to an email I sent them after meeting with them including the person who gave me their card.
-The recruiter, who I really liked just sent me a generic "We are not hiring you" email
-I have yet to receive any feedback as to why I wasn't hired
-I could tell some of the people that interviewed me were forced to ask very generic questions to me.
In summary, a really fascinating company and everyone I met was very friendly. I did my research and genuinely enjoyed my conversations with everyone. I did feel pretty blindsided I wasn't hired. I will happily update this review if I get some feedback from the recruiter. Cool company and nice people.
