I first had a phone call, followed by an online skills assessment and a video interview, then an onsite, and finally a pancake breakfast. The whole process was really enjoyable and an incredible learning experience. They asked specific questions tailored to the role and what they already knew about me and were really friendly and helpful throughout all of it. They also gave me plenty of opportunities to ask any questions I had about the company and what they do. At first it might seem like a long process, but it's absolutely worth it in the end!
The recruiters were really quick at responding to my emails. The interviews (both onsite and video) were great, the interviewers were really passionate about what they were working on and seemed really excited to interview me. The interviews don't just end when they're done asking you questions, they really take the time to understand who you are and why you want to join the company. During the process I got to meet many of the people I'd potentially be working with and when I accepted the offer and started the job, I already felt like I knew enough people to be very comfortable.
