I was emailed to schedule a 30 minute call with the recruiter. They were very kind, timely, and helpful. They asked general questions, and said they’d follow up. I got an email a few days later saying the Customer Success Lead wanted to video interview me. This was the best interview experience I’ve ever had. She was very down to earth, genuine, and truly wanted to know about my background and what I was interested in. I was invited to an on-site interview but declined as I realized that that role within manufacturing wasn’t for me. When I told them they were very understanding and kind. I am bummed I am not more interested in manufacturing because they seem like such a great group of people to work with.
