They desperately need to improve their candidate experience. I was had a first round via video with two team members. Many weeks later, I was notified by the coordinator that I advanced to the next round to meet via video with another team member. After that meeting, there was literally no communication. I received an offer to work elsewhere so I wasn't too concerned. However, more than a month after my last interview with them, I received an email from them thanking me for my application. One of the worst candidate experiences I've experienced. Especially for a recruiter role. Be better.
