I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online and got an email for a phone interview within a few days. The phone interview was 45 minutes to an hour. Finally, I invited for an in-person interview. Prior to the on-site interview, I had to take a "math" test and a personality questionnaire. Research behavioural questions and come up with answers to the questions listed on the page (it was very helpful for me) and you will be able to get the job. I got a call with an offer a few days after my interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) in Nov 2025
Interview
Brief 13 minute phone call (interviewer showed up late). Interview was very rushed and unprofessional, interviewer cut me off multiple times and did not give me an opportunity to ask him any questions. Keep in mind I was recommended to him by a branch manager. Very disappointed by this first interview round! Besides the interviews extreme haste, the interview went well. Use STAR method and you'll be ok.
