I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (American Fork, UT) in Apr 2016
Interview
I had met a recruiter at a career fair at the university. Applied for position online. Days after application I received and email saying someone had reviewed my application and that they would like me to complete a video interview. There are like 8-10 questions where you watch an HR person ask you a question, then you have 30-60 seconds to prepare, then you record your video response.
1-3 days later I was contacted again by the HR person where she said that she was interested in scheduling an interview on-site. I interviewed at the American Fork office with two managers.
The questions in both the video interview and the on-site interview were behavioral questions ("Explain a time you were in ... position and how you responded" or "Give an example of a time you have given excellent customer service"). They did ask a little bit about the series 7 and series 63 (do you understand what they are? how would you prepare for them? how do you think you would perform on them?).
During the time after I had applied I went with a school group and did a tour of their Salt Lake office. They liked that I had tried to understand the business and that I had had previous interaction with them prior to my interview (I would recommend similar steps be taken wherever possible).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of behavioral questions.
Which skills gained from my previous experiences would be transferable to this position?
What I thought the hardest part of the job would be for me?
First a brief phone screening, and then I needed to schedule an in person interview. The phone screening was around 30 mins and the interview itself was about an hour.

Interview
Interview starts with a phone call from recruiter, and then you move on to a branch leader for the future location you will work at and you have the chance to speak with some of the team.

Interview
The job description was nothing like what the said it was. They advertised it as hybrid when it was full time in office. Implied would be customer service when it was sales.
