I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Oct 2016
Interview
After emailing with a recruiter and an initial phone interview, I was asked to interview. Since I was out of state, they offered a video interview consisting of one 40 minute behavioral interview and one 40 minute technical interview. Both interviews were with one interviewer. Behavioral was mainly concerned with teamwork and how to resolve conflict, handle difficult situations. Technical was partly describing what the program will require, part Object-Oriented concepts, and part coding. All were pretty simple and both people I spoke to were very friendly.
