Interview
Somewhat less formal process; interviews are done through phone screens. First round is with the recruiter to gauge general fit and interest, next round is with hiring managers on different teams, and once the hiring manager of the team identifies a fit, there is a final interview with members of the team. Interviews are behavioral/job fit, questions about scenarios, resume and experience as well as how that applies to the role, no coding questions. Whole process took a few months, although if you have any offer deadlines, they should be able to accommodate on a reasonable basis.

The first round is a HireVue video screen, asking about generic behavioral questions. The second round was an interview asking about your resume and skills. There were no technical questions.

Interview
First had HireVu where you video tape yourself answering behavioral questions. After that I was invited to complete an onsite interview which consisted of a tour of the building then a forty five minute behavioral interview followed by a 45 minute technical interview.
