Phone interview first, with basic "about me questions." In person took place 1 or 2 weeks later interview was very customer serviced based. They wanted real world examples of customer service. I took a behavior test to see what my thought process was, and if I would be able to pass the series 7 exam. Offer was extended a couple weeks after phone interview.
