People you know that work here or used to work here. Then I took a test in another room that completed the interview. They told me they would get back to me in less than a week.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2023

      Interview

The lady was very nice but as I went along, seemed to be a bit condescending. Made it seem like the questions I was asking weren’t valid. Make sure to be SUPER specific with your answers because I had to wait a whole day for her to tell me that my answers weren’t specific enough and I didn’t get the position. Make sure to know WHY you want to get into the finance industry, because the answer “I’m just trying to get my foot in the door for the job title that has career development” isn’t enough. Most of it was them giving you a description of the job, as if you didn’t see all of the info basically studying for it.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why do you want to enter the finance industry? (Be specific) Tell, as specific as possible, about a time where you had to deescalate something at work
