3-4 1:1 interviews, each 30 minutes long. A couple of interviewers will ask fit related questions, while more technical interviews consist of stock picks or in many cases case-questions on the analysis of a company.
1 group interview on a stock recommendation for a company they provide for you a week in advance. They require a 3-page research discussion, as well as an excel model of the financial statements.
Mainly behavior question + stock pitch, Brain teaser as well. several rounds including panel interview with Portfolio managers and analysts. Deep dive into valuation and financials. Need to prepare a decent stock pitch.

Interview
Did a first round with HR. After the interview, I was told to be scheduled for the next round after working around PM’s schedule. Got ghosted and never heard back for a couple years.
The interview process was a panel review of an investment. Overall, I ended up getting the job, but I don't think they learned anything about my abilities to actually do the mundane job.
