Interview process was pathetic, I was called 5 -6 times to Fidelity office in Bangalore. Discussions went for 2-3 hours each time for both Technical and HR rounds. In the end every interviewer asked , How good are your SQL skills ? . Basically as Sr Analyst they just wanted some one to pull the data and provide that to Leads for analysis. After the final discussion , I was asked to submit the Salary Documents of my current company and was told that , I will receive an offer letter in 2-3 working days. Since then 30 days have passed and no response , I tried calling HR people , no one responds. If they had second thoughts , they could have kept my profile on hold and easily could have said that will revert if selected, that could have been a professional response. Instead they took all my documents for verification and to create my salary structure and ensured that they would issue an offer and then stopped responding for my calls and mails. Highly unprofessional and irritating interview process that I have gone through in my entire career of 6 years
