I got a call from fidelity HR and scheduled telephonic interview and it went very well and then after few days HR called me to come for face to face interview, I went there second technical round was also went fine and then there was manager round finally manager asked about package and I told my current package then he told that HR will call for salary discussion but I didn't get any call back from HR so I did call her back but she was not picking up my calls, sent an email but no reply.. again I sent an email finally got a call from another guy and said that they kept my candidature on HOLD.. ! I really surprised after listening this from his.. they simply wasted my time and the hope I had was gone. This is not the first time ... Few of my friends also said the same thing that they just do time pass interviews and play with job seekers so please be aware when to go for giving an interview to this company. I am really felt bad to write this comment.
