The process was a quick behavioral screening, and a longer interview with a Engineer; we just talked about my projects and goals. There was no technical portion of the interview process, but this is dependent on the interviewer
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Chennai) in Jul 2021
Interview
Fidelity hires their interns directly from college. It usually visits Tier A engineering colleges during their 3rd year (i.e) the start of the 5th semester for internship alone or at the start of 7th semester for a Full time role. I got hired as an intern during the 5th semester. The first round was a Online Assessment that was conducted using HirePro. There were 10-15 aptitude questions along with some questions in DBMS, Operating systems and Computer Networks. There were 2 coding questions which had a time frame of 1hr. Students who cleared these rounds were selected for the interview process and had 2 or 3 rounds of interview which includes an HR round.
