The recruiter called to set up a phone interview with a staffing consultant. That interview lasted about 20 minutes and it mainly consisted of her explaining what the job was and asking me to tell her about myself. She was very nice and very informative about what Fidelity is looking for. She set up a Zoom interview with myself and the hiring manager a few days later. He was very down to earth and not intimidating at all. Most of the interview consisted of behavioral questions and him asking how I thought my prior job experience would carry over into the role with Fidelity. I was nervous going into it but eventually settled in and was able to be myself throughout. This interview last about 45 minutes.
