I applied to this position from Fidelity online job portal. The recruiter reached out to me, we set up a phone screen round. The phone screen round was routine asking me about my experience and some behavior-type questions. I was told someone would reach out to schedule the next rounds. After that, no response for over 3 weeks, I tried reaching out to the recruiter to give a yes/no so I could move on, but there was no communication. After a month or so I saw online portal status change to "Not Selected to Proceed" I had a bad experience and hope I was an exception rather than a norm, but for anyone applying I would say be prepared for working with unprofessional recruiters.
