Interview wasn't hard, but it was long. I met with many team members throughout the organization. The process took months. Once you get the job offer, there are many hoops you have to jump through because Fidelity is so regulated. Background, finger prints, etc. Add 6 weeks to a normal hiring process.

Phone interview with the hiring manager. Was late to the call, not prepared and unprofessional. Did not even review a copy of my resume. Asked very general questions not very relevant or specific to the position I applied for.
