This was a phone interview. The interviewer was very nice. The questions were typical interview questions. The questions weren't too difficult and they allowed me all the time I needed to answer.
They ask questions to discover if you are social, coachable and have the intelligence to pass the SIE. Usually 2 people both managers at mid level management or below. Just don’t say something stupid

They use the Star method. be sure to bring up examples of time you had a positive impact on a client. Tell them how you can turn around a negative call. also be sure to mention that you are self sufficient when it comes to studying in order to acquire the licenses required (SIE, SERIES 7 AND 66)
