Got contacted by recruiter. Discussed about the requirements. Some skills did not match my experience but recruiter said we are fine with it. After lot of delays interviewed scheduled with director . Director did not seems to move forward because of skills that did not match. I was told coding round but did not even do any coding after knowing the skill did not match.
Suggestion :- Hiring managers needs to see the resume before even selecting for the interview . Wasting time on both end doesn’t look good.
