Applied for the job and got selected. I did an interview with two of the managers. I then had to go through an intensive four week training program and then probation for 2 months before getting full time job offer.

Great. I spoke with a recruiter first. Then I took a test. Then I had an hour long interview and after I was offered a position. Overall be yourself and be personal but stay professional.
