The interview process usually starts very linearly with basic questions on the kind of work that a candidate has undertaken previously, what are his strong skillsets etc. Be very mindful of the skills you mention since unlike other firms Fidelity does factors your key strong skills and the second tier interviewer will definitely try to ask a few behavioral question from that side. Especially hard if you mention Stats and Analytical skillsets , safe bet just mention programming or ML framework that you're particularly well versed at e.g. TensorFlow, Pytorch etc. (With a working example of a business problem that you solved using the same, since mere anecdote won't be enough) Overall if you're able to mostly defend the business problems that you mentioned of solving in your past firm, you'll be able to get the job. Just be cognizant of the downsides and keep on asking the interviewer whether they would like you to dive deeper into your thought process of solving a past business problem.
