I know Fidelity is a big company and many employees around the world. But in my case, it was a different case. I gave 4 rounds of interviews for this role. But the main thing was that I had never been informed by HR about what will be the context of the next round, strange, and straight got direct emails - You are selected for next, can you tell me your availability? In all rounds, there are technical questions. I cleared 3 rounds of interviews for a role, but that role was filled when all 3 rounds finished. However my interview feedbacks were good, so they decided for another role, but when I gave the interview for that role, the interviewers had no update/feedback about my previous interviews that's strange to me. I got rejected after this round and I felt very bad about the whole process. Interviews were straightforward to the questions, no personal talk. Hope, internal HR will improve in this in the future.
