The interview process is thorough, but not hard; 2 phone interviews with Fidelity's Talent agent and then a Zoom interview. The Talent agent will call you a few days before your Zoom interview to make sure you are prepared. Study Fidelity's CRA's position, click on all available information to learn more; take the SIE free quiz to see how you will do, it will not be used against you, but will give you an idea of some the terms used; share this with your Talent Agent when they contact you. Know your resume: the skills and experiences you share from work place to work place be able to give examples as to why you put this information on your resume; know how you would handle a situation, when dealing with a customer who is dissatisfied and were you able to turn that around? If so, how? Stay to the point, know an experience when you achieved above what was expected of you; be able to share that experience; know at least 3 of your good qualities as relate to the position and with an example of each; be able to share a weakness you may have, make sure it is not one that will affect your performance for the position, with example; be able to share why you chose Fidelity and how you believe your skills, experience and character will make you a good fit for the position. Do not speak about the salary, they will go over it; if you are seeking the CRA's position it starts off $45,959 annually. Speak on Fidelity's benefit package for their employees, it is exceptional; for starters, they give 24 days PTO for the first 5 years, unlimited sick time, wellness, and a host of other benefits. Finally, you will need to have some understanding to the licenses you will need to acquire: Series 63, 7 and SIE - Be confident in who you are and what you will bring and you should be just fine. *Below, I marked Difficult because they did not have above average; Fidelity interview process is thorough, you will be asked many questions, note them because you will be asked them again on another call in another way.
