They kept my profile on hold for 3 weeks and after multiple followups they told your skill sets are not matching with the required skill sets
I don't understand why people don't look at resume and check if the skill set match with the job requirements or not
If not , atleast after first round of interview people would have known the candidate would best fit with their required skill set or not
It was not good to make the candidate wait for one and half month and decide
