1. 15 min screening with the Talent Aquisitions lead to see that it would mutually be a good fit. 2. 45 min behavioral panel interview with 2 employees from the team 3. 45 min interview with the Hiring Manager
Pre-screen with the HR rep who was 10 minutes late to our call and seemed a bit scattered. Next, a video interview with the hiring manager, who was pleasant and asked reasonable but somewhat surface-level questions. Then, three video panel interviews of 45 minutes each. Total interview time about three hours, which is a considerable investment.
