I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Covington, KY) in Sep 2023
Interview
The interview process was horrible. 5 interviews with 10 people who didn't know what they were doing. The interview process was very time consuming and not necessary. Interviewers didn't know how to interview - just looked for questions to ask off of a script and then didn't really listen to the answers given. Overkill.

Phone call interview and then panel interview. It was pretty average in difficulty and the whole interview process spanned about two months. I did my interviews virtually since I don't live there.
Filled out an application and was sent an invitation to do video interview via email. The interview process seemed straightforward. The job description included having to pass an exam after a trial period.
