The first stage was an online assessment consisting of 4 parts: English, Technical MCQs, Coding(1 Question, Easy level), Algorithm(write an algorithm for a problem, easy to medium) each part had to completed within a time limit and the next part only unlocked after completing the previous one. After the first stage there was a technical interview which is completely different from usual interviews where they ask you to solve leetcode type questions, the interviewer asked deep technical questions related to projects, internships, there were also HR type questions mixed with technical questions. Make sure to confidently answer all questions and try to form a connection with the interviewer through your answers. Only people who have actually made their projects and not faked anything will be able to answer these questions. It felt quite refreshing to me compared to other interviews and definitely one of the best interviews I have had. After this was the HR interview, all these stages have 2-3 days gaps. The HR interview was quite weird, the interviewer started with asking me if I was aware about this apprenticeship and that there is no full time employment opportunity after this period of 1 year, didn't even ask my name and started with this question. I was quite shocked at this because I was expecting a performance based conversion to full time but I managed to hide my emotions and answer the questions. I was selected for the role but honestly unless you don't have any other full-time option, only then go for this. The projects and learning in the company is quite good but this full time thing is a major disadvantage.
