The 1st interview was a self-recorded interview where you're replying to fixed questions. The 2nd interview was a panel interview with multiple interviewers. The 3rd interview was an offer from 1 of the original interviewers.
I had a screening call with a talent acquisition officer. My interactions with the individual was unpleasant and unprofessional. The individual missed multiple calls we had scheduled and eventually ghosted me.
