I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
If you interview with their staffing agency, you go through multiple interviews with a different person each step of the way. There’s a screening call, a secondary call that’s more in depth and if you pass that one, you are scheduled a zoom meeting with the hiring manager at Fidelity. From there, you might have additional interviews depending on the role / business unit.
