Got interview scheduled through an consultant.
The Receptionist is co-ordinating with HR , and HR didnt showed for entire process.
Met the Panel and technical discussion lasted for round 1:30hr, they asked me to wait and will share the feedback, receptionist gets a call from HR and ask me to leave. I was amazed as if HR is working from some other office or what that she doesnt have time to do for what she is been hired.

An HR called me after a got a refferal, discussed the package details, scheduled interviews and i cleared 3 interviews, after that she says you are a select and the. She ghosts me and when i tried to reach out, she said we can not give you the package you are expecting and asked me to come down 3 LPA then me existing package and then i agreed also and even after that she ghosted me, and now she asking me to come down 6 Lpa the. My existing package or i can drop the application. This is not done.

The interview panel did not seem aware of the job requirements and asked questions that were not relevant to the JD.
The entire process felt biased, as if the decision to reject my profile had already been made.
The interview appeared to be conducted only as a formality. Overall, it was a waste of time.
