Internal "Talent Acquisition Partner" confirmed and scheduled my interview via email. The day of my interview, the individual let me know they were "double booked" and asked to reschedule. They confirmed that it would be at the same time but one week later; Come to find out they sent an invitation that was for two hours later than they stated initially... Not a problem... But some red flags... Day of the interview, they were scheduled to call... They called more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time... The interview itself was a "people fit" interview and couldn't answer any technical questions about the position but it was stated that I was a good people fit and they would have the actual hiring manager get a hold of me soon (they said it would be "probably tomorrow". Interviewer stated that "no matter what" they would let me know how things were progressing as they didn't like to ever leave anyone "in the dark". I sent a brief follow up email the next day just thanking the interviewer for their time. It's been over two weeks and I've simply been ghosted...
