The interview process was seamless - it started out with a phone screen with Kait, the recruiter who answered most of my questions about the actual company. It was great b/c Kait could tell that I was both interested and a good fit for the role so immediately set me up to have a phone interview with the hiring manager. A few days later I had a 1:1 call with the hiring manager - even though it was over the phone I got the sense that he was smart and that he would be great to work for since we seemed to align on so many things. He was honest and candid throughout which is always appreciated. He also kept in touch during the rest of the interview process - not something most hiring managers take the effort to do. Last step was the in-person, I got to meet the entire team in one afternoon at their offices. The overall process was "standard", but with the added personal touch while maintaining a level of professionalism. I also appreciated that the entire process moved at a fairly fast pace.
