Interview
Fairly typical interview process. Here's the breakdown:
1. Initial call with the internal recruiter
2. Phone screen with hiring manager consisting of a managerial/behavioral interview
3. Technical interview - System design
4. "On-site", consisting of a system design round and another managerial interview
Overall a pleasant experience, and everyone I met on the team was very friendly. Although I didn't ultimately end up taking their offer, I believe this company is well positioned to disrupt the construction industry and be a leading tech player in the space.

Your standard managerial questions, and the system design questions were fairly standard as well. You should have no problem with them after some studying + your own personal experience.

Interview
Recruiter call, followed by a 1-hour Engineering Manager call, followed by 5 1-hour calls, including 1 with the same Engineering Manager, consisting of a System Design, Behavioral, Technical Deep Dive, Project Execution, and Product round. There would have been an additional round with the CEO but apparently, the System Design round didn't go well yet the other 4-hour rounds still moved forward. This is too lengthy of a process for a non FAANG company, and it should be noted for prospective candidates they went with someone who was more energetic and a rock star.
