The interview process starts with a 1. phone interview 2. a zoom interview with a CSM manager 3. complete a written assessment on google forms 4. put together a demo presentation of Fieldwire and have a 2-hour interview with current CSM's, the director, and CSM manager. It's a very time consuming interview process, especially if you're currently employed with a full-time job + your day-to-day. I completed all stages of the interview process and did not get an offer. The full interview process was 5-6 weeks.

Went through four rounds of interviews, very thorough and well-flushed out process. First phone screening, then a recruiter call, then a hiring manager call, then a full-team presentation/test. Ended up getting the job out of a handful of candidates. Really liked it but didn't work out, but I would recommend any construction management professional to make the leap to construction tech by applying to Fieldwire. Great product and good team.
