I applied online and then go to the store and talked to the Manager. Interview was the same day, really easy. Scenario questions, explained about the company. Bilingual is a plus.
Hello tell me about yourself a bit and other getting to know questions, such as my previous jobs and if I prioritized customers needs and such, he also asked me a bit about my accomplishments and what not.

One on one. Asked about previous jobs. I asked if there was opportunities to climb up the ladder. Seemed very attainable and stress free. Probably not that interesting however. Definitely for someone in high school
