The night before the on campus interview there was a pre night for all of the leadership programs and internships, it was a great time to meet senior managers and people who were currently in the program! The next day first round on campus interview, one on one 30 min interview just behavioral questions.
Second round interview in Cincinnati, night before mingling session with all of the other candidates (34 of us) and senior level executives and also current CAPs. They paired us with a current member of the program (a CAP) who took us out to dinner after the mingling session with a few other candidates and another CAP.
Next morning 8am breakfast and welcome session, then 3 45 minute interviews with managers. Just had a conversation, one asked a lot of behavioral questions about team work, etc. They left a lot of time for you to ask them questions.
Heard 1 week later of acceptance. All around great experience, very well organized and made you feel comfortable during the interview.
