It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Question 1
Have you ever been asked to do something you didn't agree with. What did you do? How did it turn out?
Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fifth Third in Jun 2023
Interview
First, there was a brief phone call with the recruiter (to discuss pay expectations and provide a brief explanation of your previous experience), followed by an in-person interview directly with the manager.
