Recruiter first asked me to answer some preliminary questions, then was given a link to a ByeBoard assessment. The assessment was 115 min with a written part and a coding part.

Question 1
Presented a fake scenario and asked me questions about how i would design a possible solution, then asked me to implement some aspects of solution.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Figma (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2025

Interviewers and recruiters were kind, the bar is very high though from what I can tell

DSA type questions with a Figma twist. Not particularly difficult questions but both had follow-ups that were somewhat tricky
Byteboard online assessment, then onsite with 3 different interviews (1 technical design interview, 2 coding interviews). Last round is a 30 minute engineering values call with the hiring manager. Generally pretty responsive and organized. Enjoyed the unique and wholistic nature of the interview quetions.

These questions are a bit unique in that they give you a whole class structure and then have you implement certain functions for the class, which I enjoyed. Mostly typical datastructures, some algorithms.
