At each stage, the interviewer was friendly and showcased Figma's values, giving me a great insight into what it would be like to work at the company. Despite there being structure, a few of the interviews felt more like a conversation and a "chew the fat" type session which made me feel very comfortable. The process was very long and winding, with the goal posts moving at every stage. I wasn't made aware of how many stages there were, or how long it was going to take, but because I desperately wanted the job I obliged.
