They had me do a take-home test on my perspective on their ICP and to elaborate on why I would pick that person and the problem Figma would solve for their company
My interview experience with Figma was both positive and negative. I spoke with three team members, all of whom were engaging, respectful, and insightful.
While I ultimately wasn't selected, I would have appreciated more transparency from the hiring manager, especially regarding where other candidates stood in the process. Knowing that a candidate was already at the final stage (references check) would have helped manage expectations and my time preparing for that later stage interview. HR offered to give me feedback over a call, to which I agreed, but no reply nor call after 3 emails...
