I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Figure Eight
Interview
Longer than necessary, good conversations but too much time in between meetings and too many people involved in the process. Overall it was nice to get perspectives from across the company, it just would have been better handled in a condensed format

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Figure Eight (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
I met face to face with the VP of Sales, the COO, the Head of Customer Success, a Sales Engineer, as well as other Account Executives. The interviews were well run. They asked thoughtful questions about my background, experience and future interests. They also answered all of my questions. They emphasized the importance of positive culture under the new management team, which was critical to my joining. I was given access to the platform to run a few jobs. This was not a pass/fail test, but rather a show of effort and interest on their part to hear my feedback on the user experience.
