After applying, I received a link to a cognitive aptitude and a technical skills assessment. The cognitive aptitude test is irrelevant to the job and pop psychology nonsense, and the technical assessment seemed to be mostly reworded technical documentation I'd just look up if I ever needed to use it. I almost declined there, but continued out of curiosity. I'm pretty sure I did quite well on both (they are easy for me) but made it no further in the process. Not just sour grapes, but I would've turned down any offer anyway. I was hoping to use them for interview practice, though.
