Terrible. I have never been more glad to fail an interview because this place is a joke. They make you take a fake IQ test followed by a technical test full of outdated information and technologies. They keep saying oh only X% of candidates make it this far. The interview i had was a fake call from a customer where they want you to use their terrible guidance for calls. I've been in software support for 15 years and i can tell you the person who wrote their guides should be fired for incompetence. Don't even bother wasting your time with these guys. Just look at their terrible reviews.
