Applied online and was contacted for an interview within a few days. Interview consisted of the recruiter re-asking all the questions I'd already answered online (are you disabled, do you need a visa, etc...), then focused on me describing my work history in detail (i've done the exact work they are looking for, for 7+ years). They appeared to have not reviewed any of my resume details before the call.
I 'advanced' to 2 online screening tests, one a 'cognitive abilities test' and a 2nd 'technical screening'. The cognitive abilities test was timed, and quite irrelevant, think 'if a train leaves station A going 60 mph...' and 'what would the next symbol in this sequence be', and was timed.
The technical screening test was even more pointless as it was EXTREMELY detailed on things that werent at all my skillset or within the purview of the job I was interviewing for. Things like 'which network command would you use to identify packet loss', and 'which of the following is NOT a correct description of HTTP status codes'
2 days after taking the tests, I was told I'd 'failed' and was told I would no longer be considered.
