Files.com Customer Success (Support) Team Member interview questions

Recruiter style/1st interview type question. "Getting to know you" typical type things. Interviewer said my resume stuck out because of my experience. Responded warmly to my answers, moreso than you would expect from an interviewer. Asked my salary target, my availability to start (2 weeks after an offer!) and told me they definitely wanted to move to the next round, and I'd hear more in an email. Got an e-mail saying they don't want to move forward. Not upset I didn't get to the next round, but quite peeved to be straight up lied to, given a false sense of hope. I'd say take these reviews to heart.
