I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Filevine in Apr 2018
Interview
I was interviewed multiple times over the phone by the man who was to be my boss. At one point he gave me a fairly complex problem to solve and asked me to take a week to come up with how I'd build a solution for it. Never actually interviewed anyone in person, all over the phone.

Question 1
My knowledge of Salesforce was explored fairly thoroughly.
The interview process was seamless. It was great with how quickly you would hear back and the straightforward process. It didn't feel like they were wasting your time. Kind-hearted people who work hard! I felt like it was the first process I have had in a while that felt genuine.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Filevine in Jan 2022
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me asking if I wanted to look into moving positions. The recruiter was very interested in me and I was initially super excited. I then met the manager who was very nice and made me feel very comfortable on the Zoom interview. I then had an on-site interview with some members of the team and then had a cross-functional interview with a director. Let me just start by saying that the he is the rudest person I have ever met. He kept reiterating how young I am and how I am a woman. He mentioned several times that he hated how my "generation" moves around from company to company and mentioned that his dad worked at the same company for 40 years. No one cares dude. After that, I was ghosted for two weeks until the recruiter reached back out with a generic rejection email. What a joke. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
